How can I start trading?

First, you need to register  on our website, once your registration is successful, you can fund your account and start trading with us. The registration process is quite straightforward, but if you need any support or assistance, we are here to help!

How to open a Demo account?

You can open a Demo account by registering here. Your log-in credentials will be sent to you upon completion of your registration.

Why to open a Demo account?

Opening a Demo account is the best way to practise trading and to gain empirical knowledge without exposing yourself to any real risk.

How can I open a Live account?

You can register for a Live account by filling in an online questionnaire and providing the relevant documentation. Once your registration is processed and approved, you can fund your account and start trading.

What documents are required to open a Live account?

You will be required to submit clear colour copies of the following documentation:

– A copy of your passport/ID, showing your full name, date of birth, passport/ID number and passport/ID expiration date.
– A recent utility bill (not older than 3 months) showing your full name and full address.

How many accounts can I open?

Why am I required to provide my personal information?

Interstellar FX is a regulated broker, and the Law requires us to confirm the identity of our clients, thus, relevant documentations is requested during the registration process, which is done in order to protect our traders and the company.

How do I know if I submitted the correct / acceptable documents?

The documents you submit are uploaded during the registration process and then reviewed by our professional team. You will be notified if any of the documentation is not acceptable and should be re-submitted.

How long does it take to verify my profile?

After you have submitted all relevant documentation, our professional team will review it and be in contact with you within 24 hours.

What if I do not have utility bills in my name?

In this case, please submit a recent credit card/bank statement or a bank reference letter (not older than 3 months)

Can I make a deposit using someone else’s credit card?

Interstellar FX does not allow using a third party’s credit card for making a deposit. The name on the account and the card must be the same.

How can I submit a withdrawal request?

You can submit your Withdrawal Request on our CRM by clicking here.

How long does it take to process my withdrawal and receive the money back?

We process a withdrawal request within 24 hours, as per relevant regulatory requirements. However, it can take longer to receive your funds back depending on the method of payment.
